Azur Relections raku pottery

This pot was raku fired on Sunday...last. It was one of a group that I had started firing a week ago. Due to rain we had to postpone half the firings until a week later. It still rained as we were doing the firings. All this has to be done outside. During the final reduction...burning in sawdust while in a closed trash can....these great colors and textures are created. It is always a surprise no matter how methodically I apply the glazes.
